“ 我帮助公司整个系统的performance 提高了一个档次， 因为我oncall 以后所有的critical incidents have been decreased a lot. All my colleagues also learn from me on how to handle the incident. All my team's performance have been improved. 但是我的老板从来不 appreciate it.. 我是他招来的， 他只比我早来到这个公司提前一个月. 感觉他靠我的辛勤劳动才站稳了脚跟”

问一下你自己：我这么能干为什么老板看不见呢？这老板哪怕站不稳也要跟我不对付--有这样的老板吗？他跟你什么仇什么怨？
