一个月前，我老板白女让我接手黑男的项目，我知道黑男肯定会生气，所以拒绝了白女说M is difficult to work with. 然后我就休假去了，一回来黑男就找我指着我的鼻子骂，说要escalate my behaviors to HR and senior management 因为I said negative things about him to our boss.
后来白女告诉我，黑男决定不告HR了，但他还是去senior management面前去告状了。更drama的是，过了一个星期白女告诉我，未来几年时间我们组要restructuring. 她说if she gets promoted to MD with expanded responsibilities, 黑男 will be the new boss of this team decided by senior management. 她说this is win-win situation for both her and him.
我心里无数草泥马飘过，整个drama是我老板白女和黑男的内斗，白女背后编排我，歪曲事实，挑拨激怒黑男，试图阻止黑男上位，结果完败，还把我拉下水。这件事也让我看清了白女极度自私，manipulative的本质。
我做了什么？说不想和黑男一起做项目就以致如此吗？黑男不会相信我说的，他做了manager更不可能容得下我。
我来公司不满一年，还不能内部转岗。现在这局面，除了立刻找外部工作，还有其它option吗？
