同事离职

最近两位同事离职时，都在和直接领导辞职后，赶着在未宣布前，第一时间知会我。这是什么意思

同事A，同一个领导下工作，有竞争有合作。表面合作很好，但桌下的竞争也有。关系微妙。

同事B，cross functional colleague. 我不满意她的工作表现。周围的也是。她也感觉到了。找到新工作溜了
