感慨：刚刚在linkedin 上看见一个不怎么样的前同事，最近换到了一个很高的位置。

这位同事在我们这里只是个 senior individual contributor， 水平一般，嘴皮子不错，干活很喜欢偷懒。去年离开我们公司的，就找了个小头的工作。刚刚注意到他又跳槽了，到了另外一家公司当了个大头。这世界还是会磨嘴皮子的人混得开啊。
