HSA一次性放满全年额度后，如果年中换雇主，新雇主不提供HDHP，会有法律问题吗?

公司今年提供high deductible health plan（HDHP），配套可以开一个HSA账户，一年
最多contribution 3600美元。
虽然HSA的3600额度可以在年初一次性放满，但是如果我年中换雇主，新雇主不提供
HDHP，会有法律问题吗?
HSA必须要每个月都符合HDHP的要求才可以存入当月的contribution额度。
