回复:Help needed for job hunting

Experience is #1 in Financial Accounting if you graduate from a not good school.

I have one-year Intern experience in Financial Accounting in a big company and will graduate in two months. So far, I got so many recruitors want to help me finding a nice job. Some of them indeed gave me nice job opportunies. I think my school is not better than yours, and I am in MBA, too. But many big companies want to hire me. I aready missed four nice job offers now, only because my OPT,EAD card, allowed starting working date is from my graduation day. Those companies can't wait for me.

I asked one recruitor how she found me. She told me, after she searching Monster.com in my living state, for that same kind of job I currently working in my Intern, only me is the only one choice from that searching in Monster. So she asked me further information by my phone number... I was suprised by her words, so many universities in my living state, why I am the only one from Monster?... It made me happy...

So if you really have one year intern experience related to your major, finding a nice job is so easy, just let recruitors working for you.

But if you don't have any experience without good reputation school's diploma, it's very tough to get a job to our international students. You should try special focal in financial analysis, like actuarial analysis, pensioin..., few people apply for that kind of job, but some job opportunity existed in those area.
