is that u don't understand US job market nor corparate America and so you didn't position yourself right. Others said enough about financial industry. But "find entry-level positions ... in ... general management area" ... There is no entry level job in general management area. Most of the time you either start from marketing or finance ... then evolve to GM role if you can get there. U'll be much better of targeting corporate finance jobs ... which is probably your only viable path unless you are extremely lucky.
