You might want to talk with your career office. Typically, they have some tests to help you to find out your interest, capacities and opportunities. MBA from a third tier universities might not mean much to potential employers. Look at the WhartoMBA, a MIT math PhD and a few years software experience in Microsoft headquarters. But he is still looking for job. However, you do not have to worry too much either. Look at SUV, what a stupid guy, but he claims that he got a quant job even he could not solve a quant 101 problem. Luck is important in job hunting. Keep on trying, you will get it.
