今天得到了老板的书面offer letter, salay 比他那天当场offer的还要每月少$1800,比我上个工作年薪低了4万多，本来他当时offer的是低于我前面一个工作2万多的年薪。这个是regular job, 有保险和401k account，小公司，10多个人，老板是犹太人，老板娘是印度人，两个人是co-founders, 下周一还有一个contractors Job的面试，该怎么办呢？谢谢！
