10年公民有可能拿到军工top security clearance 的工作吗？

当然现在是什么security clearance也没有。从来没涉及过这方面的工作。 就是不知道这样的职位有没有必要去申请？ 有点长草，所以问问大家。另外这种职位有可能telecommute/work remotely 吗？ 多谢，如果都100%的没可能就不麻烦申请了。
