想听听大家的高见，关于跳槽

现在一四大当manager, 45岁了， 另外一四大给我senior manager 的职位，工资高大概几千， 还有mastercard 给我一manager, 工资也才不多。感觉四大满累， 但有不甘心， 请大家参谋以下， 我该选哪 个？谢谢
