问一个关于华人女性的问题

朋友说他们和联邦政府机构在同一个办公楼里办公，经常看到一个中年华人女性穿制服配枪肩上挂老鹰的肩章出入，后来知道那是GS 14的标志，那华女据说还是个神枪手。有人知道14级是多大的官?
