I am 40+. I wake up every day at 6am, get to work at 7:30am, leave work around 5:30pm, get home around 6:40pm, head for Gym and come home around 8pm. Then have dinner. 4 days out of 5, that is my schedule. My schedule was much worse than this before my current job. And yes, do have to work on weekends sometimes. don't feel bad or tired probably because I like what I am doing. :) 996 NOT including commute would be a bit too much for me at this age. However, if it is a fantastic project, I would give it a try.
