还有事先要好好研究面试的单位和职位，有针对性的准备，准备几个问题，General questions: 几个同事呀，为什么有这个职位，是有人走，还是新出来的，有几个候选人呀，what is next step,when I will hear from you. How long you have been here? 

面试时，要积极主动，show interest，不要太被动，

之后写Thank you notes，再强化一下自己的优点，good match

 

有一个职位，安排下周第二次面试，要推荐信
