Mentor suppose是能给你出主意指导你的career的，是应该可以说the good, the bad and the ugly的，不过需要buildup，而且也看你们俩是不是click。第一次你就坦诚相见说说你现在career在什么情况，想要达到什么。

Mentor虽好但是可有可无。最重要的是有Sponsor。这必须是公司内部的位高权重愿意提携你的。
