Precise punctuation and natural transition helped make this relatively lengthy piece flow well, and therefore, easy to read and follow.

One exception: The quotation marks were misplaced in the sentence below?

    他又一次让我惊叹：“三百多页的附件！”

And, one small suggestion: Adding a strategically placed blank line here and there may help further improve readability.
