请问以什么理由拒绝offer为好？

我三个星期前接受一个离家很远的contract to hire offer,通过了background and reference check，准备一月初上班。但是上个星期我又收到一个full time offer，离家很近，正在做background check, 我想不去第一个公司上班了，请问以什么理由拒绝为好？非常感谢。
