你对 “or” 的理解？

我们的老板，98%的时候，会把A person 放在 B 前，比如说，当介绍给别人的时候，或者给CUSTOMER的EMAIL里：Please contact person A or B. A 基本都在B 前。A 和 B 是同样的 职位。

请问：

1.  纯粹从英文语法角度，A or B 有主次之分吗，或者 A is more valuable / primary than B 吗？

2. 从美国人的习惯，或者一个受到EMAIL人的角度，他们会觉得A is the primary one, or more valuable than B吗？
