I encountered the same situation few years ago. It's very normal.

And DON't SEND MASS EMAIL to everyone just like the above said. NEVER EVER DO anything like that!
You only want to talk to the RIGHT people; you need quite some time to figure out who is the RIGHT one to ask questions and talk about some issues. IF You got to the wrong guy, you screw up yourself later on.

But keep in mind that you WILL be BUSY very soon this time next year!

I came back home Friday night and went back to the office at 9 pm to wrap up some left over.
