关于 RSU

问个问题，先谢谢！offer里写“Should you decide to accept the position, we will recommend to Board of Directors, or committee thereof, that the Company grant you an equity award with the value of $150,000 in the form of Restricted Stock Units (“RSUs”)”，这个是说RSU一定会给，还是要等接受offer后再negotiate?
