请问"senior director " 这里的"senior"

请问"senior director " 这里的"senior" 是说职务比director 高，还是 说在这个职位的工作年限比其它director 高?

还有，如果别人给你的 email 开头是"Good morning xxx"，这是不是要比 Hello, hi 客气? 我回复是也说 "Good morning"吗?
