刚递完简历，猎头说要我手签一个背景调查的Authotization form, 然后才能和简历一起送出去. 从没碰到过这种情况。这个Info Cubic Authorization Form 要填特别private的信息，生日，SSN, DLN, 还有地址。有点不敢给。不知前辈们有没有遇到过这种情况？会有什么问题吗？好像是个州政府的工作。
