Thank you so much for your reply! Your suggestion is very valuable and helpful to me! Your friend's story is really encouraging. Now I feel more confident to take the challenges. From my conversation with the manager, I can tell he has very high expectation for me, which put some pressure on my head. Hopefully I can quickly pick up and get through it.
