高手切莫飘过，刚入职半年，新手跳槽好吗？谢谢大家

职场达人看过来
本科计算机毕业，按contact进了家大公司,公司以硬件为主，在伊州。半年转为类似perminant的职位，有福利，年薪7.5万。
半年后，又有其他公司给11万的contact,有福利，时间一年半，公司在北卡。
两个工作内容一样。
请问该不该去新公司？
