怎么样回答技术scale

今天电话interview by an agent,有两个问题，自我感觉不太好回答。

1） 你有没有write entity framework in the code from scratch? 我回答60%, 问题是就整个大project， 我在别人的基础上改code。但在个别小的project，我又是个别负责的。

2）Scale your .NET Core MVC skill from 1 to 10. 我的回答是7.

后来agent就没有回音了...还在等待。是不是回答错了？
