1。 “管理是否合理” 要如何探知呢？

2。你建议的“这个职位最大的挑战是什么？ “What's the biggest challenge  for this position？What does a typical day look like for you?”  我一般在面试开始不久就会这样问类似的  

what factors/duty do you feel are the most important for success in this position?

然后面试中，多往上面靠。
