去小公司还是留在大公司

本人两年前来到这间金融大公司，福利不错，活不多，技术陈旧，总体IT水平不高，每天要花两个小时在路上。现在以前的同事推荐我去他们的小公司，离家近，小公司，福利不好，工资比现在公司高一万， 另外技术很新，很多东西要学。有几个老同事都在那里，所以不觉得陌生感。本人中年大妈，家里医疗福利都靠我，大家觉得我该如何选择？谢谢了！
