紧急求助！

有一个有点management duty的职位，说愿意考虑我这个没有太多management experience的canditate。现在要我谈谈对项目和人的管理的基本看法。

3-4 short bullets(like 2-3 sentences each) on task management, people(manging, training, mentoring), and budgets, etc.

这个职位的项目是比较繁琐的工程任务，且往往时间紧，每个任务少则1－2个小时，多也就一两天，一般6－7个小时。需要很好保证在预算内完成任务，让客户满意。

请板上前辈指点、教导！
