我不知道你这情况会不会留案底，会的话找律师看可不可以假以时日摸掉。现在正是用钱堆时间的时候，一定要分清什么最重要，你有一份工作所以钱啊请假啊问题应该不大，你manager也能理解。你英语挺好，又受现老板喜欢，以后keep这份或再找工作都没问题，但是有案底不但会影响绿卡公民的申请，还有可能影响你找工作。
