Questions of panel interview?

I'll take a company visit consisting of a panel interview and several one-on-one interviews. The panel interviewers include a manager from HR, the hiring manager and another representative from the department. Just wonder if people here could share their experience of panel interview. Anything should I pay special attention? For the time left for my own questions,should I focus more on general questions instead of more technical questions?
