请教一下fired以后，被问起为什么离开前公司？

猎头的第一个问题就是“你为什么离开前公司”？被fired的原因是在peformance review 由于技术不够(at will),尽管不是事实。但怎么回答为好？

今天就有个recuriter电话来问，我回答说:我本来就想离开公司，It is the time to move on.结果她说，有个job就在附近，马上发给我，就挂了电话。结果根本就没有收到，看样子是托词，人家躲远远的。
