Do not want to turn this into a discussion of your personality. I think we value diversity here in this forum. What I mean by "being open-minded" is that although your comments about soft skills are very constructive, I hope that you might come to realization that soft skill might carry different weight as to success in different areas. It might be very important in business world but it might be secondary to creativity in some areas. I think some people kinda pointed it out in their posting (some postings might have used some strong words).

But anyways, I think arguments here is generally good and should be helpful to readers to this forum.

In addition, your response to me and the one before me really showed that you might be a bit sensitive (sorry for being judgemental here). Anyway, it is a virtual world here so take it easy. :-))
