刚刚参加公司办的一个女性职场领导才能培训的课程

是大型IT公司，女性研发人员应该不是少数，华人也四处可见。

但这个课堂里，一共29个人参加，白女印女各占几乎一半，华女就我一个。培训主持人是两个印度女人，举止言谈非常aggressive, 职称据介绍是principal级别的。

看来华裔在美国技术职场，形势的确不容乐观。反正这个培训下来，我很是心寒。
