向quality assurance engineer 请教

我学的是电子工程，有一工作是对医疗仪器的软，硬件进行quality assurance。我想工作要涉及到FDA的规则。我想了解一下，iso9000标准，网上可以查看到吗。还有哪里能查到通常电子仪器的质量保障规则，大侠们可以谈一下，这工作涉及到那些技能，具体都做些什么。
