关于opt加急的问题。不成功的话，估计offer就要黄了。。。

移民局 4.21 号收到了我的 opt 申请。

我上周得到一份 offer, 于是昨天打电话加急。

打电话加急时，客服态度很好，就问问了基本问题，选了一个 expedite reason (financial loss), 然后就完事了。

两个小时之后，收到一封移民局的email, 说case的状态已经成了 card production 了。在网上查，状态也成了 card was ordered to be produced. 当时下面的case history还啥都没有。但是今天，case history 写到：

On June 24, 2015, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1E174＊＊＊＊＊＊, was assigned to an officer for response.
 

但是我的opt status还是card was ordered 的状态。请问我的opt到底是批准了没有？如果批准了，为什么还要officer去response? 如果没有，那card为什么就直接order了？
