急问，什么是annual benefits based salary

和base salary有什么区别？ 现工作是pay base salary，所见即所得。 新offer写的是annual benefits based salary， paid biweekly。
主要就是想知道，这两者有什么区别。benefits based salary是不是包括公司pay的health insurance，life/disability insurance，bonus，restricted stock option等等 。 如果包括的话，base salary实际是降低了。
