要不要 follow up

两星起前托一个印度人（一前一起做过一个项目，但只在开会时见过一面）内推递了简历，他不是hiring manager， 但职位不低。 他的回信很简单，就说他 has communicated with the hiring manager, your resume is impressive. 然后就问我去不去开会，可以见个面。 他开会回来已经一个星期了，也没有联系我， 我要不要主动再发个信问问他， 估计是没戏。多谢！
