一个尴尬的问题！

我不知道discharge就是fire
当时签完文件就走了，搬到另外一个州！
但现在过了诉讼期了！
我打电话或者发email给原来公司都没有回复。
background check可以查出是quit或者被fire吗？
还能怎么办？
