请教各位一个关于IT merit increase 的问题

请问各位, IT senior developer, 工资 6 位数, 工作上独当一面, 年终 perform review exceptional. 在现公司工作一年多了.

今年的merit increase 为工资 1.5%. 

请问

1) merit increase 是不是太少了?

2) 各位的经验, 像这种情况, merit increase 一般是多少? 有个范围也行.
