My mid-term Career Goal is to become an Accounting Manager. 请问，我

I am a california CPA since 2012 with general experience. Currently, I am a staff accountant in a startup company in the SF Bay Area. 

I don't have big four, big company, or the management experience.
How should I make my career path to become an accounting manager within 1-3 yr? 谢谢。
