是时候找机会了吗

背景是test automation, web service API, Web app Selenium , OpeDev都干， 主要写java， groovy code。现在的工作100k，ESPP一点点，其它什么都没有啦。大公司小team, 环境、工作强度和老板都还不错，就是觉得钱少了点。每天recruiter信还挺多，看样子市场很好啊，但不清楚现在什么行情。各位说说现在都什么行情来着？ ：）噢，工作地点在大德州。
