As there are many computer "high hands" here, I have

a question for you and thanks in advance.

When I turned on my computer, the cursor on the screen starts to move by itself without my control. It moves up and down and sometimes click certain icons. I can still use mouse to control it, but it just sometimes move by itself. After 5 minutes, it gets better.

Does that mean my computer is infected with virus and somebody else is controlling my computer?
