跳槽要放弃200KRSU, 值不值得？

刚拿到一公司offer，很犹豫。职位高一级，base 工资涨了15%，RSU和Bonus和现在公司差不多。
如果离职，需要放弃现公司200K Unvested RSU，现公司也处于上升期，就是太辛苦。很纠结，等建议。多谢！在硅谷。
