如果你离开两个月,你的职责照常运转,没有因为你休假受到任何影响,说明你的工作是很容易被取代的.如果你离开两个星期大家就开始盼着你回来,说明你的存在对公司很重要.

长期休假给老板了一个验证你是否重要的机会.能不能WORK REMOTELY?
