不过有时头儿说了也没用，人们以为头儿是在假客气。

一到过节就头疼：美国职场的规矩是头儿给组员发红包，没钱发红包时送点小礼物，表示一下谢意。

但现在变成组员们也给头儿送礼，中国人越多的时候送的越带劲，大家还心里嘀咕是否张三李四的礼是不是比我送的好。其实组员的好坏是平时做事的时候做出来的，不在于过节时的一瓶酒，一盒糖，头儿不傻。贵重的礼物，比如车子，房子。。。送不起，送了头儿也不敢收。

要拍马屁，写个贺卡，把一年的好详细的写一遍，谢谢头儿就完了。
