男，41岁，现在PL/SQL Developer, 想转Oracle DBA，求建议

41岁了，有绿卡多年，上有老下有小，现在做PL/SQL Developer, 感觉有点做不动了，想转Oracle 
DBA，这个年龄，很怕再走错路。

求分析一下利弊？
