怎么看小公司是否有IPO的潜力啊

最近拿了一个startup的offer, 工资几乎没涨，但是给了很多的stock option. 不知道这公司到底上市的可能性有多大。该公司目前只有20人左右，上个月刚刚拿到了一大笔的投资，打算明年扩充到60人。 我觉得他们的产品还是蛮独特的，技术含量不高，但是比较有创新。

我从来没给startup做过，不知道怎么判断是否有前途。。。。哪位有经验的给指点一下？多谢！
