不是高手，但见过这类事情的发生

这位老板一定会忽悠，最主要的是能忽悠他的上司，至于下面的人，就要威慑，让下面的人不敢说真话，对上他只要用他的一套理论说服他的头，认为这是前进中的曲折，一切都会变好的就行。让他的上司认为他是如此这般的不屈不挠，英勇无前，这样领导看到的是他正面的一面，自然会升职啊。

我曾听到以下几种解释：
1. We have not expected/experienced this would happen, or we did not have such experience before, (kind of hint this is beyond my control), we will improve this by A,B,C,D... process, however it will take some time.... (sounds like have solutions and lead, but you know it will never change or get better)
2. Something we did not know, (so bad things happened), but now we know and we learn it. (Kind of saying we continue to learn and improve, but he/she forgot company is not a school)

贵公司拼命赔钱，老板还能升职的还有一种可能，就是他是否有什么猫腻？是否把他的老板一起拖下水了？ 然后用上述的忽悠混得太平？当然这些迟早都会还的。
