这个不是理论，这个是“好的生意实践” -- Good Business Practice, GBP:)。 任何人主张任何事，都必须先自己执行，并展示成果！这个是杜绝赵括似的人物纸上谈兵，把别人累死还误事。用英文说，这个是：

Show me the gun -- OK, I see that;
Then show me the bullets -- OK, I see that as well;
Then fire it! -- Does it smoke? (If so, fine, we go; if not, you go home!)
