请问怎么样做自我评定.是要谦虚保守, 还是自信一点.总共有6项,认为自己有3项是exceed expections.

另外3项是meet expectation. 可以这样评吗?但是不知道manager怎么想的. 如果他认为很不一样.他看了是否不舒服,反倒给我评的更低.
